Job Description
Tasks
- Contact potential and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings to present products or services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and consistent messaging.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up post-sale.
- Track sales metrics and generate reports on performance and pipeline progress.
Skill and Experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or in a similar sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and close deals remotely.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Diploma or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
