Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic Microsoft Office skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a high level of professionalism and patience in client interactions.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
