Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for cost modeling and takeoffs
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting platforms for reading plans
Working knowledge of Australian building codes, materials, and trade pricing
Excellent time management and ability to meet tender deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication for liaising with engineers, project managers, and clients
3–5+ years of experience in estimating for construction, fabrication, or fit-out projects
