Job Description
Tasks
- Conduct research to identify potential leads based on target market criteria.
- Perform initial outreach to leads through email, phone, or social media to gather information.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and level of interest in the company’s offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and qualifications in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide context and insights on qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless handoff to sales.
- Report on lead quality and qualification metrics to help refine lead generation strategies.
Skill and Experience
- Proven experience as a Lead Qualifier, Sales Development Representative, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospective leads.
- Ability to quickly assess customer needs and determine lead viability.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple leads and tasks remotely.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
