Job Description
Tasks
- Respond to property inquiries, schedule virtual tours, and provide information to prospective tenants.
- Guide prospective tenants through the application and leasing process, answering questions and providing support.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordinate with property management to arrange maintenance or property updates as needed.
- Maintain records of tenant interactions and manage leasing-related data in CRM software.
- Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and informed throughout the leasing process.
Skill and Experience
- Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant, Property Manager, or in a related role in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with tenants.
- Knowledge of property leasing regulations and processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of property management software.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple leads and leasing tasks remotely.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
