Job Description

Tasks
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Schedule and monitor social media posts across platforms, responding to comments and messages.
  • Conduct basic research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Resize and organise images or marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
  • Update website content via CMS (e.g. Webflow, WordPress)
  • Create and maintain marketing spreadsheets (content calendars, campaign trackers, contact lists)
  • Monitor and record campaign results from Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or Mailchimp reports
  • Draft basic social captions, blog outlines, or content summaries based on direction
  • Support administrative marketing tasks like setting up webinars, formatting decks, or coordinating file sharing
Skill and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of marketing software (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
