Job Description
Tasks
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for clients based on product or service specifications.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
- Ensure quotes are competitive, aligned with company pricing policies, and delivered within specified timeframes.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding quotes, clarifying details and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a database of quotes, tracking status, revisions, and client approvals.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in quote requests to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to improve quoting processes and customer experience.
Skill and Experience
- Proven experience as a Quote Coordinator, or in a similar administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote teams and interacting with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and quoting or CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in business or a related field is a plus.
